Orders received before 2 pm are normally shipped the same day (Mon-Fri).
Orders received later than 2 pm will normally be shipped the following working day. All orders are sent using a tracked & insured service.
UK DELIVERY
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL QUALIFYING ORDERS
Qualifying orders are orders to be delivered to a UK address, which DO NOT contain CO2 canisters.
Non-qualifying orders (containing CO2 canisters) can ONLY be sent by courier.
The shipping cost is based on the total combined weight at checkout.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT/TAX
International postal regulations require that we attach a customs declaration label (CN22) to all items sent to destinations outside the UK.
European orders with a value less than £130 (€150) will not incur customs duties but may incur VAT on arrival in the destination country.
European orders with a value in excess of £130 (€150) may incur customs duties and VAT on arrival in the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for payment of any customs duties or taxes which may be charged by their government when the item reaches its destination.
DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING
If you have not received your order within 7 working days (15 working days for international orders), please contact us and we will attempt to track it.
Royal Mail will only consider an item lost after 15 working days from date of dispatch for UK mail, and 25 working days for items sent internationally.
If we are unable to trace the missing item once these times have elapsed we will send a replacement to you.
If an item is received damaged we may ask you to e-mail photos of the damage before sending out a replacement. If for any reason we are unable to replace a lost or damaged item we will issue a full refund.
