Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your order but understand that occasionally things can go wrong and you may need to return something to us and we are here to help resolve any issues you may have.
Provided the item you purchased is as new, in all its original, unopened packaging and hasn't been used or marked in any way you are welcome to return it to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Before posting, please contact us at help@motoartuk.com to advise the reason for the return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
Please write your returns number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and include a copy of your original invoice with the returned item. This helps us to process your return as quickly as possible.
We recommend the use of an insured service for all Returns, as we can't issue a refund if it is lost or damaged en route back to us. If that happens you will need to claim from the postal service or delivery company used for the return.
Once we have received the Return we will test and/or inspect the item(s) within 5 working days, from date of receipt, to decide whether or not the Return is eligible for a refund or exchange. If any item is found to be incomplete or damaged then a refund or exchange will be declined and the item(s) will be returned to the customer upon payment of return postage costs. If the Return is accepted then a refund for the item, excluding postage costs, will be made within 2 working days after inspection.
If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed in writing by MotoArt, then any postage will be reimbursed provided the most cost-effective service has been used.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, the package will require a customs label. Please write clearly on it: “ITEM BEING RETURNED TO SELLER FOR REFUND.” If you don’t do this, UK customs may attempt to charge us customs duty on the item. If that happens we will not be able to accept the delivery, and the item will be returned to you by the postal service.
If you wish to exchange an item correctly supplied by us you will need to pay the repostage charge and any difference in price if applicable. If the exchange item costs less than the original we will refund the difference to you.
